Orders placed before 3pm AEST each day will be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Our shipping partners offer standard ground-based delivery service with delivery times ranging from 1-7 business days after shipment. Australian Post is our preferred shipping partner for this delivery method. In some cases we may use Fastway. Other delivery services and options will incur additional fees. Once an order has been shipped we cannot change the delivery service while the package is in-transit.
Our shipping partners offer express delivery options, guaranteeing delivery in most cases on the next business day following the date the shipment is picked up by the carrier. Australian Post Express is typically used for our next-day expedited shipments. Express delivery is available for an additional fee. Please see the shipping options during checkout. Once an order has been shipped we cannot change the delivery service while the package is in-transit.
Delivery times above are estimates only. Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date orders are received and refer to business days not calendar days. We make every attempt to ensure all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames above however sometimes events occur that are out of our control. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order.
Returns & exchanges Policy
We understand that drinking great coffee is as important as being happy with the coffee gear you purchase to make it! In order to give you peace of mind when shopping with us we offer a hassle free returns and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of your order. We can provide an Brewing Culture store credit, refund or exchange for another item, where the returned item is subject to the following conditions:
The item is returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
Presents ‘as new’ in appearance, is unused and show no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
Be packaged in it’s original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
The item’s original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
Brewing Culture is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
Items returned with a value >$200 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be authorised by Brewing Culture before sending the item back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Brewing Culture Team Members via email@example.com or using the contact form online for our Returns Address and instructions to get the ball rolling and start the return process.
Damage on Arrival
Please note that where products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence of the damage or fault must be submitted to BrewingCulture Support via Email within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to do so may result in your claim being denied.
